Does eating Gluten (Wheat Products) give your tummy the rumble bumbles?! Let’s be real, eating bread makes you tired, that’s a fact. For some it’s for intolerance, for others it’s for health.
Well I’m gonna share with you some amazing places to eat that a tasty and Gluten Free baybee!
Fresh Kitchen - ~$15
- Gluten-free drinks, meals, desserts, LOTS
- There are multiple locations in FL & Orlando
- Their sweet potato noodles are living giving along with their sauces
- Everything on their menu is labeled in case you’re also looking for soy-free or dairy-free options
- Their bowls are pricey, like $15 a bowl, so definitely be prepared to spend some money
- I normally order the Kids bowl which is now $7, lol. It makes my body happy so I’m okay with it!
Humbl ~$12
- 100% Vegan 65% Gluten Free (not a fact, but there’s a lot a potential gluten with the pizzas and buns)
- I come here for the GF Humbl bowl full of grains and veggies and sauce
- This place is right by Disney and is perfect to eat before the parks!
Blaze Pizza ~$12
- Their gluten-free dough is awesome, honestly, I can’t tell the difference, but my body can!
- Do a Build Your Own Pizza with Gluten-Free Dough for $2.00 extra
- You can put as many toppings as you want, no upcharges! Including Vegan cheese!
VLC Vegan Eatery - $12-$15
- This vegan eatery is family-owned
- Their sweet potato hand rolls are a GREAT snack (2 for $6)
- Most of their menu is gluten-free and easily indicated on their menu
- Closer to UCF if you’re into that
